1. Quantity – The more of the same badge you buy in the same order, the lower the cost of each individual badge.

2. Size – the larger the badge, the greater the amount of embroidered area and the more it will cost.

3. The number of thread colours in the design. The use of metallic threads will increase cost.

4.  The more complex the embroidery, the greater the cost.

5. Delivery charges may incur an additional fee.


What type of artwork do I need to supply to Embroidered Badges Australia?

High resolution jpgs are the best for new artwork. EMB files, BMP or PNG are also useable forms of artwork.


Do I see a proof by Embroidered Badges Australia?

Before we commence full production on your order, you will be sent a scanned image of the finished badge. We will not proceed until this is approved.


What is the production time by Embroidered Badges Australia?

Normally you should allow up to 2 to 3 weeks from the time you have signed off the final artwork and have placed a firm order. However, if you have a tighter deadline, please let us know and we will advise if we are able to meet your required delivery date.

1) ALL LOGO’S SUPPLIED WILL BE ASSUMED THAT THE SUPPLIER HAS AUTHORISATION TO USE THAT LOGO.

2) IF CUSTOMER SUPPLIES THE DIGITISATION THEN THE COMPANY CAN NOT BE ACCOUNTABLE AS TO THE QUALITY OF THE DIGITISATION NOR THE RESULT IT PRODUCES.

3) IF CUSTOMER SUPPLIES THE GARMENTS AND REQUIRES THE GARMENTS IN A SHORTER PERIOD THAN OUR STANDARD LEAD TIME THEN THE CUSTOMER MUST SELF INSURE AGAINST ANY ERROR MADE BY THE COMPANY.

4) WHEN YOU HAVE CONFIRMED YOUR ORDER, YOU MUST PAY THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT. WE CANNOT PROCESS YOUR ORDER UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED. WHEN YOU HAVE SUBMITTED AN ORDER AND PAID THE DEPOSIT, WE WILL IMMEDIATELY PROCESS YOUR ORDER. BECAUSE OUR PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOM DESIGNED, ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON AFTER WE HAVE PROCESSED YOUR ORDER.

5) WHEN YOUR ITEMS ARE READY FOR DELIVERY, WE WILL INFORM YOU AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE OF THE PURCHASE INCLUDING DELIVERY CHARGES.

6) WHEN THE BALANCE OF THE PURCHASE PRICE AND DELIVERY CHARGES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED, WE WILL ARRANGE DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER. WE WILL ARRANGE FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE DELIVERED BY AUSTRALIA POST OR COURIER TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS SPECIFIED BY YOU AT THE TIME OF MAKING YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PRODUCTS OCCURRING AFTER DELIVERY.

7) WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY ORDER. IF WE DO REJECT AN ORDER, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU AND PROMPTLY REFUND ANY DEPOSIT PAID BY YOU BY CREDITING YOUR RELEVANT CREDIT CARD OR TRANSFERRING FUNDS TO YOUR NOMINATED BANK ACCOUNT.
